Vegas was pretty fantastic, as usual!
I will be back there pretty often too by the sounds of it, so check back here often for updates!

Hello!
Has been a busy last couple of weeks. Was in Amsterdam and Den Bosch for Masters Of Hardcore. Was an absolutely HUGE event, and am really excited to get back to another gabber event in Rotterdam!
My next event that i’ll be djing will be a bit of a throw back. I’ll be blowing the dust off my breaks records, and playing a back to back set with Marty McFly!

I took a slight break this weekend due to sickness. Really hope this bit of an ear ache goes away, i need my ears for this weekend!
Came back today to the gym and did a fair bit of work (by my standard lol)
3K on the treadmill (14 minutes 25 seconds, so a lot slower than recent runnings, but my heart rate was a lot lower, which is really good. Felt like I could keep going, but again I dont want to push myself too far, but intend on increasing soon.
10 minutes on the bike. Felt good to keep my legs going and heart rate moving.
With the HDA’s coming up the next bit, im going to be moving all my running and workout stuff over to a fantastic website www.dailymile.com, so I can use this to spam spam spam! ![]()

Got my gym membership sorted out at work ($5 a paycheque!) and started using some of the equipment here at work. Fantastic facilities here, very happy with whats available. I may look into getting a personal trainer for a session or two to help me with a few workouts to maximize my time while i work out.
15 minute run (dont know how far it was, jsut kept an eye on time, but looked to be around 1.8 miles, which is about 3k)
10 minute cooldown on a bike.
Sorry i havent updated in a few days. I had my Wine Theory exam and was very focused on that. Tried to run on Monday, but was just a wintery mess, so just came back home after a block or so. My exam was yesterday, so no running, just drinking and writing.
Came back very strong today, 13 minutes 27 seconds!
The cold weather certainly helped. I love running in the cold, so much easier on my body.
Excited to get my gym membership rolling at work, they have really nice facilities.
Hopefully a quiet night in tonight. Going to watch a bit more of the Leafs game, and play a bit more of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit.
